Professionally-Delivered Expert Training Improves Your Management, Teaching & Inspection Results... The Easy Way

FAO All Headteachers, Managers & Governors:

The day-to-day business of managing educational settings has grown ever more complex in recent years - largely as a result of increased legislation, government-led educational initiatives and the ever-evolving School Inspection process. The pressure is on for schools to manage their resources more effectively, while at the same time improving standards and maximizing the educational opportunities provided to every pupil.

Often, it is only at the end of an inspection that management, teaching and quality issues become apparent - with no obvious solutions offered by the inspectors.

Having been involved with all aspects of education for over eight years - including undertaking inspections for both OFSTED in England and ESTYN in Wales - Baker-Phillips is uniquely placed to offer the comprehensive diagnostic services, combined with expert problem-solving advice and practical help, required by educational settings of all kinds.

Fully Tailored Custom Training For All Your Staff Members - Conquer Any In-School Challenge & Be Ready For Your Next Inspection

Baker-Phillips is therefore delighted to announce the unique All-Issues Training Package and to invite you to return your Registration Form today.

Created by our team of leading expert Inspection professionals, the new All-Issues Training Package has been purpose-designed to highlight potential in-school issues and to provide the solutions that will not only help to improve standards but also meet the demands of the inspection process.

While the precise course content and delivery will vary to meet your school's specific requirements, some examples of what the All-Issues Training can show any participating school / setting are as follows:

  • How to discover potential weaknesses in management, teaching and resources - before the inspectors visit
  • How to implement improved practices as required - to produce sustainable, positive results
  • How to understand the inspection process and how it operates - know what the inspectors are required to look for when making judgments
  • How to collect the information inspectors need - provide it on-demand, when required, and gain full credit as a result
  • How to target lessons to specific groups with unique needs - ensure equality of educational opportunity is provided for all pupils
  • How to implement any changes that may have been requested or highlighted, for example, by your most recent OFSTED / ESTYN inspection report or during the pre-training visits
  • Your All-Issues Training will provide expert advice and practical help on any management, teaching and / or resources issues that either yourself or BPEC can identify...

Actual staff training usually takes one to two days to complete and is preceded by two in-school pre-training visits (see next section below for more details).

FREE Pre-Training Visit - Bespoke Service

The All-Issues Training Package starts with a free pre-training on-site meeting with an expert, fully-qualified trainer experienced in the current OFSTED Inspection Framework or the Welsh Inspection process (as appropriate).

The purpose of this initial visit is to discuss the general content of your All-Issues Training Package and to agree when the next steps of the training process can begin.

The first visit is then followed up with a second pre-training in-school visit, to further analyse provision as required and as discussed in the initial meeting.

The second visit is used to precisely tailor the training content to your school's specific needs. This ensures that your school gets the very best help and advice - enabling Baker-Phillips to confidently provide a genuinely bespoke training service.

The exact details and content of your All-Issues Training Package will be confirmed in writing, shortly after the second visit.

Flexible Delivery - In-Service Training

Training can be delivered either In-Service at your school or at a convenient venue nearby (see the FAQs page for more details).

Please note that the All-Issues Training Package is not available for delivery as Cluster Training: training is unique to each participating educational setting.

Fixed-Fee No Hidden Extras - Train All Your Staff

There is a fixed-fee for the second pre-training visit and for all staff training days required. Fees are all inclusive, for any number of delegates, and include the second pre-training visit (the first visit being free) to assess your school's specific needs. More details about pricing can be found within the FAQs page.

There are no additional "per person" charges to quoted prices: you may train a selection of your key staff or all your school's staff.
