Training Services Overview
Can BPEC provide bespoke
International Training Services - can my country specify exactly what is
required from the outset?
Yes, BPEC can provide any
type of training: tell us what you require or what you want to achieve and we
will create a bespoke solution based on your needs, from the ground up.
The standard BPEC International
Training Services process is outlined below - if this is not appropriate or
suitable for your needs, BPEC will create alternative training service(s) / solution(s)
to your exact requirements. See below for more
details.
How do BPEC International
Training Services work?
BPEC's standard International
Training Services process is as follows:
- BPEC receives your Registration
Form and contacts you back to see how we can help with your particular needs
- A pre-training visit is
organized: specially commissioned BPEC training experts, with appropriate qualifications
for your requirements, will visit you (at a location of your choice) to discuss
the services / training BPEC can provide to help you achieve your goals
- You complete and return
a Booking Confirmation Form to BPEC - once received BPEC will purpose-design the
requested training / remedial service(s) / solution(s), make the final arrangements,
formally contract your trainer(s) and begin production of the associated training
materials
- BPEC provides full written
details of your requested purpose-designed training service(s) / solution(s),
as discussed, complete with a step-by-step plan of action and timetable
- details of the fees payable for the delivery of your training service(s) / solution(s)
will also be provided with the written details
- Production of your requested
purpose-designed training service(s) / solution(s), step-by-step plan of action
and timetable usually
takes 4 weeks - delivery of written details for your purpose-designed training
service(s) / solution(s) etc. will usually be provided within 6 weeks of receipt
of your Booking Confirmation Form
- A fee is payable for this
service (see below for more details), for which BPEC will
invoice you upon delivery of the written details of your requested purpose-designed
training service(s) / solution(s)
- The training will be delivered,
to the timetable / action plan, as discussed at the pre-training visit and as
stated within the written details of your requested purpose-designed training
service(s) / solution(s)
- BPEC invoices you for final
payment
- Optional follow-up visits,
training and services can be arranged and delivered on request
What
happens if the International Training Services I require do not "fit"
with the training process outlined above?
In this case, BPEC will
produce a fully bespoke service to your exact requirements.
BPEC will also negotiate
a suitable fee structure, based upon our standard charges as stated on this web
page.
For example, BPEC can also
provide school inspection or education quality / service inspection services as
part of the pre-training visit - a custom training process can then be created
based upon the results of the inspection. The following conditions will apply
in this case:
- If such services are required
and can be accommodated within the same day as the pre-training visit, there will
be no additional charge for the service
- Where additional days are
required to undertake such services, a charge for each trainer required will be
made at the "per trainer" daily rate stated
below - this charge will be in addition to the standard pre-training visit fee.
The additional charge will be added to the standard pre-training visit fee and
invoiced for in advance of the pre-training visit as described below
- If you require any
diagnostic services as part of your pre-training visit or any particular training
services not covered within this web site, please state this on your Registration
Form in the 'Any other details' section

Yes. BPEC requires full
payment for all pre-training visits, in advance of visits, irrespective of location.

negotiate the above fees, especially for prolonged contracts or where ongoing
training services / solutions are required. All special circumstances*
will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Please note, however, that BPEC cannot
operate training services below cost.
*Please provide
details on your Registration Form in the 'Any other details' section.
Registration
Do I have to register?
In order to facilitate the
organization of pre-training visits, and the assignment of qualified trainers
to clients, BPEC kindly requests that all interested parties first return their
Registration Form.
BPEC will also seek to discover
as much detail about the training service(s) / solution(s) you require, in advance
of the pre-training visit, in order to provide
you with the best possible service and to ensure the right experts attend the
pre-training visit. Returning your Registration Form provides you with an initial
opportunity to alert BPEC to your specific requirements.
Will BPEC refuse, following
return of Registration Forms, to provide training service(s) / solution(s) to
certain countries or within certain countries?
Upon receipt of all Registration
Forms, BPEC will immediately conduct a risk assessment for the country where a
pre-training visit and / or training service(s) / solution(s) are to be conducted
/ provided.
If, as a result of the risk
assessment process, BPEC cannot guarantee the safety of BPEC representatives within
the country in question, BPEC will refuse to provide the requested services. In
all such cases BPEC will respond in writing, giving precise reasons for refusal
- no fees or charges will then be payable.
Am I committed to the training
if I return my Registration Form?
No. Returning your Registration
Form does not in any way obligate you to undertake the training or pay any fees.
I had a problem with the
Online Registration Form - what should I do?
Please print
out a copy of the Registration Form and return it by post / fax. Alternatively
visit the contact / customer service
page for help.
Pre-Training
Visits - Information
What is the pre-training
visit used for - how will it benefit my country / educational requirements?
The pre-training visit is
essential to the process of creating your training service(s) / solution(s). It
enables your International Training Services content to be designed and
implemented on an individual, case-by-case and need-by-need basis. This is the
only way for BPEC to ensure that your country receives a high quality, effective
training service / solution.
During the pre-training
visit a specially commissioned team of (usually two or three) expert, qualified
BPEC trainers will discuss the areas in which your country needs assistance or
advice and examine any available written data or other relevant information you
may have on hand.
Please
note that BPEC can also provide diagnostic services (e.g. school inspection or
educational quality / service inspections) as part of the pre-training visit.
The following conditions will apply in this case:
- If such services are required
and can be accommodated within the same day as the pre-training visit, there will
be no additional charge for the service
- Where additional days are
required to undertake such services, a charge for each trainer required will be
made at the "per trainer" daily rate stated
above - this charge will be in addition to the standard pre-training visit fee.
The additional fees will be added to the standard pre-training visit fee and invoiced
for in advance of the pre-training visit as described above
- If you require any diagnostic
services as part of your pre-training visit, please state this on your Registration
Form in the 'Any other details' section
When and where will the
pre-training visit take place?
The pre-training visit will
take place on a mutually agreeable date for both yourself and BPEC. The pre-training
visit can be conducted at any location, worldwide.
If diagnostic / inspection
services are required as part of the pre-training visit, the pre-training visit
is best undertaken at the same location as where the diagnostic / inspections
services will be undertaken.
BPEC usually requires
28 days to organize pre-training visits.
Is there any charge for
the pre-training visit - even if I don't take the training?
Yes, there is a fixed charge
for all pre-training visits - see above for more details.
What happens if my country
needs the pre-training visit to last for more than one day?
BPEC can extend the pre-training
visit to any number of days required*. For each additional day, each trainer
required will be charged for at the "per trainer"
daily rate stated above - this charge will be in addition to the standard
pre-training visit fee. The additional fees will be added to the standard pre-training
visit fee and invoiced for in advance of the pre-training visit as described above.
*If you require
an extended pre-training visit, please state this on your Registration Form in
the 'Any other details' section.
How long will it be between
the pre-training visit and the training?
It usually takes between
6 to 8 weeks, after the pre-training visit, before training can be delivered.
In all cases, BPEC will endeavour to arrange your International Training Services
as quickly as possible.
When will my country be
committed to taking the training?
After the pre-training visit,
BPEC will ask you to complete and return a Booking Confirmation Form. This will
commit you to payment for the production of all required purpose-designed training
materials. Delivery of the full written details of your requested training service(s)
/ solution(s), step-by-step plan of action and training
timetable will then follow.
Only when your Booking
Confirmation Form is received, will BPEC be able to make the final arrangements,
formally contract your trainer(s) and begin production of the required training
materials.
Training may be discontinued
(cancelled) after receipt of the full written details of your requested training
service(s) / solution(s), but payment for the production of the associated purpose-designed
training materials will still be required: following cancellation, those materials
will then be provided to you on request. Please note that no refunds will be
issued for the production of the purpose-designed training materials associated
with your requested training service(s) / solution(s) - as this work represents
the major cost to BPEC in creating your unique training product.
Training
Content
How long will the training
last?
There is no fixed length
for International Training Services. Training will be designed to last
either for as long as you require; or for as long BPEC's extensive expertise and
experience dictates is required to achieve your stated goal(s). Additional, follow-up
training can also be provided (see below for more details).
Will additional training
follow-up visits be required?
It is unlikely that additional
follow-up visits will be required, but much depends upon the nature of the training
service(s) / solution(s) you wish BPEC to provide to you. BPEC's experts can advise
you on this issue during the pre-training visit and discuss the potential benefits
of any such follow-up visits.
Is there any obligation
to take follow-up visits?
No. There is absolutely
no obligation to have any follow-up visits. BPEC has in the past been asked to
provide this service and this is the reason for offering it.
Will the same trainer(s)
undertake the follow-up visit?
Yes. Wherever possible the
same trainer(s) will undertake all of your training days.
What will the training include
and cover?
The precise training content
and delivery will be purpose-designed to meet your specific requirements - some
examples of what the International Training Services can help any participating
educational setting or client with are as follows:
- Teaching - all aspects
and subjects
- Curriculum / Lesson Planning
- Educational Resources
- Classroom Provision - all
age groups
- Information Technology
- Staff Training / Staff
Development
- Pupil Data / Record Keeping
- Assessment Methods / Systems
- Tracking and Reporting
Progress
- In-School Self-Evaluation
- Communicating to Parents
- School Management / Funding
- Service-Wide School Inspections
/ Quality Services
- BPEC can also help create
the processes / structures required for service-wide management, where none currently
exist
- Equal Opportunities
- Ethnicity / Language Issues
- Adult Education
- Special Educational Needs
(SEN)
- Behavioural / Learning
Difficulties
- Recruitment
How flexible is the training
content - will it really be tailored to my country's exact requirements?
BPEC International Training
Services are designed to provide a genuinely effective, bespoke service. A
generic "one size fits all" training service / product would not be
effective: all educational settings are different and have unique strengths, weaknesses
and needs. A generic service / product would defeat the object of the training
and negate its educational value.
Your International Training
Services will be uniquely created to your country's precise requirements.
This process is made possible by your pre-training visit - click
here for more details.
Training
Delivery
Where can the training be
delivered?
The pre-training visit can
be conducted at any location, worldwide. Please note, however, that if diagnostic
/ inspection services are required as part of the pre-training visit, the
pre-training visit is best undertaken at the same location as where the diagnostic
/ inspections services will be undertaken.
The actual training can
be delivered in-service, at schools or other educational settings, or at any other
suitable venue. Please note that there may be an additional charge where commercial
venues such as hotels etc. are selected as locations for training, as the cost
of this is not included in the fee structure listed above.
How will the International
Training Services be delivered?
Your International Training
Services will be delivered by one or more expert, fully qualified trainers
using a varied combination of OHPs, handouts, group work and evidence / data review.
Written course material may also be produced, where required.
BPEC can also produce service-wide
training on how to operate diverse aspects of providing educational provision;
such as funding, recruitment, information technology and school management etc.
BPEC can also help you to create such service-wide processes and structures,
where none currently exist.
The exact methods used
will therefore depend upon the issue(s) / area(s) the training service(s) / solution(s)
have been designed to address.
What
about language difficulties - can BPEC produce training in different languages?
BPEC has access to interpreters
and translation services - training can therefore be delivered in any language*.
Each interpreter provided by BPEC will be charged for at the same "per
trainer" daily rate as stated above.
*If you require
your pre-training visit, actual training or written materials to be provided /
delivered in any language other than English, please provide details on your Registration
Form in the 'Any other details' section.
Training
Guarantee
Your International Training
Services will be of the finest quality and the highest educational value
BPEC can possibly provide. As with all BPEC products and services, if you are
not completely satisfied reject the training for refund of any outstanding training
fees.
Please note that no refunds
will be issued for the production of the purpose-designed training materials associated
with your requested training service(s) / solution(s) - as this work represents
the major cost to BPEC in creating your unique training product.
