No contract shall exist between you and BPEC until BPEC has sent you an email confirming receipt and acceptance of your order. BPEC is entitled to withdraw from any contract in the case of obvious errors or inaccuracies regarding the goods or service(s) or appearing on BPEC’s site or in cases of unavailability. The prices and availability of the goods or service(s) may be subject to change without notice to you. Prices, as displayed, may be inclusive or exclusive of VAT (at the standard UK rate). Printed materials (products), such as books and guides, are currently zero-rated for VAT purposes: where prices for such products are stated as being inclusive of VAT, no VAT will therefore be applied to, or included on, your receipt/invoice. In the unlikely event that the goods or service(s) are unavailable or BPEC needs to vary the price due to for example, supplier price increases, tax changes or site errors, then following confirmation of your order BPEC shall send you a notification of the price changes or unavailability by email and allow you the opportunity to cancel your order within 14 days. Payment is accepted by credit/debit card, bank transfer/draft, postal/money order or cash. Personal cheques and business cheques may take up to 14 days to clear. BPEC shall deliver the goods ordered to, or supply the service(s) at, the delivery address which you give to us. The delivery address may be an email address as applicable and according to the product or service(s) purchased. All delivery times quoted are estimates only based on availability, normal processing and delivery time. Time is not of the essence to delivery. BPEC may deliver items in an order separately and charge you for postage and packaging on the first delivery only. Your credit card will be debited on completion of the order(s) or service(s) purchased and title in the goods will pass to you on receipt by BPEC of payment in full. Risk will pass to you on delivery. If for any reason you are unhappy with any of or all of the goods received, you can return any of them to BPEC for a refund providing each is returned to BPEC within 30 days from the date of order or 7 days after the date of delivery (whichever is longer) and is in good condition. BPEC recommends that you use registered post or recorded delivery when returning goods, which shall be at your own cost and risk. Please note that receipt of goods returned or delivered to BPEC by standard mail services cannot be verified. BPEC shall use its best endeavours to replace damaged or defective goods but if replacement is not possible, or if an order is cancelled for any other reason, BPEC’s only obligation is to refund the full amount paid by you.
